Frequently asked questions

How does personalised name printing work?
Choose your design, select a pack of 50, 100 or 200, then pick a greeting, type the name or family details and choose a font on the product page before adding to cart.
Which pack sizes can be personalised?
Name printing is available on packs of 50, 100 and 200.
Can I print a family name or a business name?
Yes – you can print an individual name, a family name such as “Sharma Family”, or a company name for corporate gifting.
Will Indian currency notes fit inside?
Yes. Our shagun envelopes are sized to hold Indian currency notes such as ₹100, ₹200 and ₹500 neatly, along with gift cards or vouchers.
How can I pay?
All orders are prepaid. Pay securely by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallets at checkout.
Does name printing cost extra?
Personalised packs are priced separately from plain packs. Choose “Personalised” on the product page to see the price for your pack size.
How long does delivery take?
Non-personalised orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 7–8 days. Personalised orders are shipped within 3–4 business days and delivered within 7–10 days.
Can I check the name before ordering?
Yes – please double-check the spelling of every name and greeting when you type it on the product page, because personalised envelopes are printed exactly as entered.
Do bigger packs cost less?
Yes – larger packs work out cheaper per envelope, so packs of 100 or 200 are the best value for weddings and corporate gifting.
